Singleplayer Official Metin2 is exactly what the name says: the original, unchanged Metin2 — the official 2014 client — set up so you can play it on your own. At your own pace, without other players, without an item shop, and without the endless grind that only exists to sell you something.
This is a hobby project. Nobody earns anything from it, there is nothing to buy, and there never will be.
Everything is deliberately kept as simple as possible — this panel included. Plain pages, big buttons, and an explanation on almost everything: hold your mouse over a button or a field and it tells you what it does.
The server is staying online. It is paid for and will keep running for the foreseeable future — your characters will not disappear overnight.
The complete installation files will be released as open source soon, so anyone who wants to can set up exactly the same server themselves.
